    Cheese has feel-good chemicals that equate to morphine once they're digested and get to your brain. If you're getting cravings it means you probably have a nice food addiction going on.

    To pack on more pounds. That stuff is soooooo bad for you. And eating it at night is even worse. I ate cheese for a week straight once and gained about 7 pounds. True story.
