Why do I feel low after seeing 2 guys I liked have girlfriends?

I saw a guy I really liked today and I saw him with his girlfriend.The way they were standing and talking to each others made me feel jealous. Do I feel jealous becuz I haven't been dating for 4 years or is becuz of my low self esteem? Nowadays I can't think straight becos my life is very empty except having problems with my teen boy. I wish I don't have love emotions, it would have made my life alot easier.

I know this feeling, but its not always what it seems
they may have just been together for 2 months that honey moon fase where life is good and nothing that person can do is wrong... their just perfection.
and i think most people when feelings are behind a realtionship no matter how long ago it still stings, even if you are happy in your life, something about some one your with being happy with some one whose not you. sucks.

True. Thanks. Sometimes knowing their relationship isnt all that makes me feel better. Just seeing that guy talking to his gf and fixing her scarf no one ever do that for me. Anyway thanks.
