"Easy" things are usually things that people learned ages ago and they've forgotten how hard it was to learn them. "Hard" things are usually things that people have never tried and often easier than people expect them to be so they seem easier than they actually are.

Maybe I wasn't clear enough, but I was mostly talking about things in my syllabus. Some lessons I find most of my colleagues agreeing it is hard but it seems easy to me, other lessons, they agree it is very easy but it seems hard to me O.o It happens a lot!
