Its a warning signal from your body that would be a good idea to investigate... Perhaps see a doctor? Do you think you have high blood pressure?

I would think a combination of the workout and dehydration , drinking water mayhelp following the runs.

I too was found to have an abnormal heart rhythm. My heart speeds up too fast too quickly. I was on a beta blocker for a while and it helped with all of my migraines, exercise-related or not.

Migrains are very specific kind of headache and if you only get them after running or extensive excersise than your blood pressure is up way to high. The blood vessels in your brain can only take so much expanding and you are propably pushing this. You could have a number of things going wrong so yes a trip to your physician is much more prudent than the expert opions of us here at EP medical.

i would probably say a number of reasons, here are 12:
1.) dehydration,.. even if you feel hydrated your usually not
2.) the punding of running
3.) hair in a pontail or "up" maybe its pulled too tight
4.) it is almost summer aka: pollen and bright sun if running outside.
5.) hunger
6.) high blood pressure
7.) not enough sleep
8.) high blood sugar or low blood sugar
9.) headphones in? music too loud
10.) too hot
11.) need of glasses or just got glasses or switched glasses
12.) stressed out
