I get those sometimes. To stop getting them stretch 3 times daily. right when you wake up in the morning(plus it helps to wake you up and relieves sore muscles) in the middle of the day (stretching keeps you healthy and helps you the not feel so stiff and stuffed up) And finally and night before you go to bed (stretching helps sore muscles and makes you feel better so when you go to sleep you can feel good)
No joke... Look for a webpage that walks you thru doing an Ergonomic Assessment of your computer workstation.... that may help.
