Why do I only ever get bad dreams?
Every dream I ever have is a bad dream, usually not so bad, just unpleasant, but occasionally I get a dream that haunts me for days, and makes me hesitant to go to go to sleep at night, I do anyway, I'm not a wuss, but aren't I a little old for constant bad dreams? I mean last night I dreamed that I was with friends on a boat trying to escape something when I shined a torch on them and their skin was see-through, blood, muscles all visible, and when you have a vivid imagination as mine, seeing your friends like that in such detail looking at you asking what's wrong is pretty damn creepy, so whats with all the bad dreams??

You need to program your brain before you fall asleep to dream about only good things. It does actually work.
