Why do men always accuse their gfs of cheating when they did the cheating themselves?
Men were cheating on their girlfriends but instead of owning up, they gets suspicous of their girlfriends of cheating on them...I don't get why? It's can't be because they feel guilty, it's much deeper than that.

They know how easy it was for them to cheat on their gfs, so the have to assume it is equally easy for her to cheat on them.

It's a combination of things- they know how a cheating person would act, so they get paranoid when they see similar actions from their SO. That, plus they're just paranoid in general with anxiety, guilt, and fear, so it builds up stress and they end up snapping. It could also be that they want to accuse the other person before they can accuse them so they don't suspect anything.
