Sathanas	Posted Aug 7th, 2009 at 7:27AM It's different when you're actually married to the person. Marriage is a commitment, something you don't back out of easily. Dating is casual. The very purpose is that it's not serious and you can leave if it doesn't work. Marriage is supposed to work and last. And they may be afraid of the consequences of leaving a wife. Basically, he's going to get screwed without getting laid. When he's dating if it ain't workin' he can just bail out. Rated: +3Vote for this!

jules76	Posted Jul 6th, 2009 at 3:16PM I think everyone here has the "right" answer--that is, it's a combination of things. Dating is fleeting. When you're married to someone, there is an entire life wrapped up in that, not just one thing or another. It's hard to walk away from that, even if one person is unhappy. You question how long the unhappiness will last, is it just a phase, etc. because all relationships do have ups and downs. When you have a history, a life with someone, it's really difficult to dismiss that easily. Rated: +1Vote for this!
