ecpc	Posted Aug 29th, 2009 at 2:36PM For me..it only happens on pinball machines/space invaders.......or like rollercoasters.... I just scream and carry on like i'm in that game/ride... Sports to me is mostly just a meaningless runaround... I can change teams according to colours or names or personalities.. I reckon many males only like sports becos they think they are meant to,...as in stereotypes. Rated: +2Vote for this!

freeed	Posted Aug 29th, 2009 at 2:27PM Because they still haven't REALLY grown up. I think sports "stars" should all be hanged for conning money that could be used for...oh...healthcare. The salaries paid to two competing sports teams could pay to educate enough doctors to treat everyone in the stadium for free. The ONLY sport I watch is The Boston Marathon, because I live in Boston and used to run "cross country" track. Rated: +1Vote for this!

koyptakh	Posted Aug 29th, 2009 at 3:02PM Hi Avalon1957 I love running but I do not get team or competitive sport. i do not regret it I think men do a range of things around bonding with other men. i think there is a bit of a celebration of the autistic about fascination with sports statistics. Some if it is exclusive in that it excludes. It is not all fun and some i=s bad. I am more fascinated when women are the same. :) Rated: +1Vote for this!
RRK1	Posted Aug 29th, 2009 at 3:10PM I agree with hammerhead1949. Men don't seem to grow up, just become bigger boys. They tend to act like little boys whenever they can. It's not just about sports, either. It can be about cars, women, drinking ... just about anything they enjoy doing. Perhaps when they are enthusiastic we tend to label them as being immature. I think it's because they are brought up to be so responsible (at least in my generation and before) and it's a way of shirking their responsibilities for a while. Rated: +1Vote for this!
