I don't know why but my shoulder's havre been hurting on and off for like a year now, I went to my doc and he gave me a buttload of advil -.- I don't like taking painkillers too often. I've had acupunture, it only helped for like a day or two then it just went away. And the day before yesterday I had a pretty hard swt and it gurts again
