Sometimes i just say "yair good..considering" ..and give no details unless you want to..Deep inside i think people want others and their general surroundings ,to be happy. "It gets better" a lotta people say.

Right! And you just want to be left alone. I get that all the time.

Ask them. If they say they aren't acting, then tell one of them what you need. Tell them you need some help with something or some company- whatever it is. If people are offering to help or to be kind, then take them up on it. That way you'll know if they care or not, or how much they care....assuming that they don't care just makes a barrier against them in your mind. It could be that they don't know what to do other than inquire. You have to give them permission to actually do something more intrusive.

I don't want any pity either. But there are people who care and just want to lend some support and friendship. We all need someone else; we can't go at it all alone. Be gracious and accept help when you need it. Miracles don't happen overnight for anyone. No matter what you're going through, grab onto someone and let them walk alongside you.
