Jealousy stems from insecurity and fear so people can be jealous of anything. You can never tell.

Yeh your right, your really can never tell. I never thought that jealousy could stem from insecurity and fear! It's interesting, something your insecure about turns into jealousy

Because it's human nature and we all have it in us to some degree...it just may not rear it's ugly head until the "right" (or wrong) set of circumstances happens.

Some people say they are "never a jealous type of person" is this all lies?

Maybe they aren't intentionally lying, they just 'think' they aren't. They may not be very 'self aware'. If they were placed in the right set of circumstances I feel they could be. But some are more so than others..

All jealousy is ugly. The ego thinks what someone else has, is better and if they had it, too, their lives would be better, too. Once someone has something that you don't, you question why that is the case, and why you can't have that something, too.

yeh it seems really logical when you put it like that. How do people stop being jealous, is it something you can help?

Did you know envy doesn't have a D because there is no end and Vy as in Vie which means hazard.
