Why do people behave strangely over a song?

Cover ears and make a strange noise then frowns. We are talking about an adult here. That sure did put a stop to singing a song I really enjoy on Karaoke. I don't get it. Love to hear what others think.

the key word is karaoke.... you put someone in front of that damn machine and all of the sudden they think they can sing!!

They didn't like the way the person was singing is what I get from the frowning and the covering of ears.

Ignore them, have fun and who cares if they cover their ears and make strange noises, you're not doing it for them, are you? Well, unless you were really awful that they kick you off stage..

It roughly translates to : 'I don't like the way you sing, please for the love of God, get off the damn stage!'

But it's only karaoke, so I don't think you should really bother about people's reaction. Karaoke is all about having fun.

I believe people are strange creatures anyway. I love music so I usually sing and shout and dance!

That's a bit strange, doesn't he know how to control himself? There's a time for fun and there's a time for being rude. I'd ignore him and just have fun :)
