I'd say they don't know how to prioritize......

Best Answer

They are irresponsible people catering to their own needs at the expense of others. Of late I stood behind a woman with food stamps , provided by the taxpayer buying a carton of cigarettes at $64,00 a carton. She drove off in a taxi. Her utility bills , I can safely assume from this, were probably on the public dole as well. Great society, no wonder we are on a decline and soon to fail..

They know that they have to buy or steal their cigarettes but the government ( tax payers* ) will pick up their electric bill and give them welfare and food and rent subsidy

* That's you and me, some of the money taken out of our pay check is going to support their habit..

your right about that in fact people want pleasure in there life that why this days its mainly addiction to something that makes them feel good without worrying things like electric bills, even in our school professors smoke inside of the campus, this is just bad, in fact second hand smoking is far more dangerous than the person who actually inhaled the smoker because the smoked in haled by the person is less dangerous than smoke that came out.......well anyway it wont make any difference because the society we live in is difficult to change, even non addicts still waste money on things that wont make any good just like Jamie Laurie and Stephen Brackett said
"Appetite has grown fools
Empire has sown rules
Let's throw out the cravings
And things with no use

People dropping jewels
Gems can't shine like our light
To err is human
So the sky is our birthright"
