Why do people have to judge & say terrible things? Really? My reason is they usually start it. Judge & be judged.

You are simply judging them to be saying terrible things. Judgment is a constant that can't be eliminated.

i look at it as an interjection.. just a remark in truth... most people are just paranoid and refuse chage even though that the only constant
wether its there place to tell them or not is only relavent in if they give a flop or they are just telling the other people "just so they can seem supperior"Like (2)

It's never been any different. There will *always* be those who judge others as long as there are people who say 'terrible things'. I think we can *all* associate with those who say things to hurt us; it is *they* who set out to judge and it is they who set the mark in knowingly doing what they do. Tthe worst judges are those who we cannot accuse of ignorance, because they are far from ignorant in how they work. A group, or one, person can pass judgement; they don't need reason or sense, they simply feel the need to do that to someone.
