Because dear god bacon grease is wonderful. Have you ever fried pancakes in bacon grease? It's like, well...Pigs can have O's that last up to 30 minutes, I guess that transfers over into the fat because that's what eating it is like.

I used to be a porkaholic. Esp. fat was my beloved. It is so crunchy outside and soft inside. There should be a ban on it, very addictive. I was 85 kilograms. Gave up 7 yrs back now i am 68 kgs. My family too loves it they have not given it up, reduced it somewhat. But even now when i smell pork frying. . . . .
