Because it gives them power, theyre cowards and they get off on other peoples misery that theyve caused.
love is the answer, love is always the answer, the world needs more love in it.

Low self esteem and it is a power trip, they feel some control from it. What goes around comes around though. It is not very mature or admirable.

There are two types of people
1)The ones that truly want to hurt you
Eg: Either cos they don't like you/hate you/you're just one of those people that was at that place at the wrong time and become the victim of hatred

2)The ones that never intended to do so
Eg: These are the people who unintentionally say mean things without knowing they are hurting you maybe cos they were angry at that time or you were there and they needed someone to vent their anger on.

Nevertheless you can either choose to let these things affect you or not.All of us were hurt once but you just got to be able to let go and move on and not dwell on things. For all you know that person who hurt you whether intentionally or unintentionally has already move on and are enjoying themselves..laughing or talking with their friends..

Forget about whats happened. You can either forgive or not cos it's entirely up to you.So just move on and enjoy your life!

this a good answer and something i can seriously relate to right now. Last night I played a player it own game and he didn't like it so he lashed out at me by insulting me. I guess he doesn't like the game so much now...

I think its Joulousy, boredom, petty bitterness... I have given someone who deliberatly set out to hurt me a taste of their own medicine and yea when the table turn they sure can't take it!

Sadistic streak in them, got sisters who do that. Remember my older sister looking at our younger cousin who was about 7 years old and telling her that her teeth were ugly. We were playing in the basement and it made that little girl cry. She also ridiculed me for anything that was different that I did or whatever than her when we were teens trying to make me feel self-conscious. The younger one did it and found out when she was grown and going through therapy that she was jealous of me because I knew how to sew, cook and do a lot of crafts...never had an idea when we were growing up that she was jealous.
