Is their English that bad that they do not understand the word "question" or are they just being ignorant?

    It's a different way of asking questions. We put them there to get people's opinions. Is that a bad thing?

    an example- Every single person on the planet has a story. Don't judge ppl before u truly know them. The truth might surprise you. Put it in stories or confession with your story. If you are asking a question, ask it.

    There's nothing wrong with putting that here to get responses. If they want it saved for posterity, they can put it in stories but if they just want opinions, here is the place. Note that there is no place on EP for that type of question. :)
