Why do people starve themselves to lose weight when they're doing the opposite of what they need to do?

By skipping meals over and over again, you're slowing your metabolism because your body thinks that you can't get food. Then you're just making youself malnoutrished, miserable, and sick. Thus making more unhealhy then you were to begin with.

It's because it's the easiest way to lose weight, they don't think about the consequences.

It's just really hard being overweight and losing the extra pounds you then get desperate and do something drastic....but fall back into old patterns and pile on a few more pounds...so much is psychological.

The best part is that when you deprive yourself with food....you actually loose control over your mood....you feel sluggish, irritatble and what not.

Even though some of us are able to meet the goals...where does it take you when you make 10000 attempts to get 1 compliment...do the maths and see if it makes sense lol
