Inhibitions are lessened when drinking. So the judgement filter is faltering.
Its more fun plus its easier.
Because when they are drunk they are not afraid of upsetting anyone, so let it come out.
All of these are true, after living with an alcoholic for several years. The more he talked, the less I liked him anymore.
Because they are stupid idiots that have nothing else to say.
It's not the talker that's impaired, it's the listener.
