    They think they are cute and they wear those kind of dresses to attract attentions!

    yes to me also ..just a few hours ago so a girl in three quarter pants jeans and she was holding her hands around her chest in folded as if shivering in winter...i dont know why these girls wear skimpy clothing and shiver hhahaahahh
