Because it's the truth. No woman truly understands a Man and vise versa. I think some people think getting married will but their brains in Sink. However there are some cases where men tell this to women as a hint, that they are not happy with their wives.It is a way of indicating they are open to an affair,because they are not getting fulfilled at home.
