    Lose their inhibitive behaviors. Other people react to drugs differently. Become more happy or open.

    I think it depends on the mood you are in before doing them verrrrr.Smoking never makes me that way,but drinking can and has in the past.In fact,Im struggling to keep that being updated to present tonight.

    Depends very much on their mood before hand, and also because of loss of inhibitions when they feel angry they don't think "I love this person I should not hit them" they think "**** I HATE EVERYTHING **** **** ****" and take it out on a vulnerable target. It's not really their fault but it is considering they had the alcahol.

    because in day to day life they go around thinking negatively, or angrily. but before the alcohol or what ever they are able to suppress it and control themselves
