Why do women always alternate between looking in my eyes and checking out my 'package'?

And I'm not talking about just when I'm aroused...or is that what they're checking out? Do they wanna see if they turn me on or what? Just wanna add that I find it uncomfortable. If that's how women feel when I eye up there boobs I'm real sorry (difficult one to control though, specially in the summer).
