Do you mean that 3/4 length thing on a lot of womens blouses? I dont know other than to show off a nice slender wrist and jewlery. What I wonder about is the arm hole on womens sleeveless blouses. Wht are they shaped so that if a woman is wearing no bra, others get a stunning view of her breast.

That's not so much my concern as the quality of the fabric that I have seen as so thin that it's see-through and liable to shred after one wash. It's pathetic.

I don't know, but it seems to be the current style. Lots of cap sleeves. Or no sleeves at all. I hate it...I actually prefer a 3/4 sleeve much of the time. My mom complains about the trend a lot; she says that there are very few women who have attractive upper arms.
