Yes. It is. The sudden burst of light is damaging to eyes - unlike you seem to disclaim in your comment in the answer above - if a flash doesn't bother your eyes you should be seen by a professional to check to light blindness.Like (1)

Nope. I need people to see into my soul, my very being, my very essence, when they look and the picture, and by using the widening eye technique, I open up the universe through my eyes.
