I don't think I'm putting myself down, I'm just being real. I don't start off any day thinking just about myself. It's a new day and another chance to spread light. There is no quota involved, but I'd like to make a very definite mark.

Make a list of all the little things recently that have resulted in you reacting negatively or thinking negatively. Then try to react positively next time. It works but your next problem is how to be consistent. Doing it every day requires a lot of discipline. Trying not to be irritated by what people say, about repetition, stupidity and how your body looks etc.
