    The reasons why mothers should breastfeed..

    Breast milk is the only natural food designed for your baby
    Protects your baby from infections and diseases.
    It provides health benefits for your baby & the mother.
    It can build a strong physical and emotional bond between mother & baby.
    It can give you a great sense of achievement.
    Also, it lowers your risk of getting breast and ovarian cancer and many more...

    When babies are breast fed it gives them the best start in life. Breast milk gives the baby all it needs from the outset.

    Her antibodies are passed to the baby, and I believe a closer bond is made between mother and child.
