upside down give everything in different kind of gravity, opposite of standing up or sit up. . i would love to be upside down but my boobs would be in my face. it a very big boobs

I dunno, but it does WONDERS for spinal decompression. I actually went and bought one of those inversion tables for my house. I swear I can climb off the thing and be 1/2" taller.
