because the sweetness of the ingredients haven't got cooked out or baked out yet...it is still raw... like people's souls that will get fried when they get to hell... here they still have a chance to make the right choices to stay FRESH lmfao
Not for me,it doesn't. But often cake batter tastes better before it is baked. I like my cookies light and fluffy and dry, I like my cakes moist.
Huh. Gee. Never before considered this! My first thought was that maybe said cookies are being overbaked and are therefore dry. To me it's two different dishes, as it were: The raw dough is more like a candy; the baked, more like, well. . .
