Why does cutting make everything better

It's an opiate addiction of sorts. It gives you a shot of endorphins. So suddenly you feel calm, and happy and normal. I know it very well.
The challenge is to get treatment such that the reason you cut in the first place-sadness, anger, or anxiety-aren't so overwhelming...and you have a general background of happiness.
Happiness, even with medication to assist, is really hard work, and you can expect it to take a couple of years.Like (2)

Well, ripping a good far... oh, you said "cutting". You can cut f*rts, too. Hope you weren't talking about cutting your wrists or something. Get some spite, and keep living. It'll **** 'em off.

Instead of feeling the emotional pain, cutting maje you feel a differeent kind of pain and in a wierd psycological way it helps release stress

because someone who cuts them self thinks they're not worth anything and therefore believes they deserve it.

It doesn't make everything better. It can help you instantly but in the long haul it will not benefit you. It is more of a relief from the pain in the moment.
