Each year, hundreds of homeless zebras are eaten by homeless tigers on the mean streets of the Serengeti, yet we turn a blind eye to their suffering. If they were not facing such a desperate situation of homelessness and poverty, there would be no Tiger on Zebra crime.

I think the title gives that answer away Habitat for Humanity. Zoos and shelters take care of animals.
