Why does my Afternoon sleep seem like 16 Hours Sleep (when it was 3.5) and My Long Night Time Sleep seem like 4 Hours?
I had me this afternoon this short bit of sleep from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM = 3.5 Hours sleep, which seemed like I slept into Friday Morning through the Night Hours ... = (Like = 16 Hours). Then there has been times I have slept from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM and it only seemed like I only slept 4 Hours. Very Odd (?) Wonder why such Time Delusion / Illusion we get like this?
