    He wants to be near you because he loves you but then he realizes that he's wet and needs to dry off.

    Why does mine want to shake his head right in front of me, after he eats and drinks? I've been covered in slobber more times than I care to admit. Not to mention, I have a St. Bernard, so it's ALOT of slobber.
