Only my right hand shakes when I pick things up. It doesn't need to be anything heavy. Even if I pick up something small like a fork my hand starts to shake a lot. It doesn't always do this, just sometimes.

It's possible you're anemic. Do you ever feel dizzy?

Best Answer

I haven't felt dizzy in quite a long time.

I've been anemic most of my life ( lack of iron) my hands would shake alot and I'd feel dizzy. You can get over the counter vitamins for it. It helped me a lot.

My left leg sometimes (only rarely) shakes for some reason. <br />

Some blood tests I had for an unrelated issue showed I was borderline anemic. That might be something to look into.

Are you on any medication?

Best Answer

Just zoloft. I've been on it for 2 years and I've only started having a shaky hand recently.

Best Answer

Zoloft used to give me tremors. Exactly like the way you described. It was frustrating.
