not to my knowledge or expertise
not all piping is galvanized usually older houses have iron gv 25//30y at least
hot water will look cloudy too if the weather is cold

its nothing to be concerned about then unlessthe pressure is dropping
Gunk in the faucet that dissolves after a bit?
pro just some woking goin on up stream in the pipe work they put a cleaning pellet. Juts run your water for a bit it should clear.
No when the water companies work on pipe that need cleaning they put some chemicals in the water upstram of the works and at the last join just in case any bugs or bacteria have got into water. The chemicals are harmless but can make the water slightly cloudy.
Had white water on the farm from it. Took a full minute for the water to go back to what we call normal....still here
It's just air in your water...no worries
Call the city water people and ask.
If you want to leave it up to him, but if there's something wrong with the water, I'd wanna know about it in a hurry.
If there's a possible health issue, they'd better discuss it with you.
is it city or well water?
