ideal bowel movement is medium brown, the color of plain cardboard. It leaves the body easily with no straining or discomfort. It should have the consistency of toothpaste, and be approximately 4 to 8 inches long. Stool should enter the water smoothly and slowly fall once it reaches the water. There should be little gas or odor.Like (2)

I would say through natrual tendancy to clench ones muscles whilst going through stress and th stomach is one of the first places where we tense up. I believe pain which radiates from the stomach into the back is for the same reason. In my younger years I experienced these feelings in times of stress, and it wasn't until I thought about it that I realised how the pain released as I became aware of what I was doing and in relaxing what I was aware of Relaxation helps stress / anxiety, so it stands to sense (for me) that if we teach ourselves to relax, then it will alleviate tensing of the muscles. I know it did for me :)

Anxiety, is an symptom with hunger, also, which makes the brain stimulate the liver to send acid to the stomach. When satisfied, you're okay, once again. So, is the emotion that causes anxiety. Once you satisfy what is causing it, you will be relieved. That is to say; Confront your anxiety, as it is necessary to stay healthy.
