Why does this cloud keep coming back?

I hate when this happens. When this cloud of unhappiness returns. I get so tied of encouraging myself. Will this ever end?

annakah	Posted Jul 2nd, 2009 at 10:54PM i don't know if it ever ends. i never used to have issues with it but I get the clouds now and then too. more often than not recently which is not my norm. I think I am lonely. i have not wanted to comeright out and admit that, but I think that is what is going on. Rated: +1Vote for this!

So step out of yourself and try not to internalize so much. Go out and help others, this will take the focus off yourself and thus help you shoo away your cloud :-) Rated: +1Vote for this!
