Why do people think that cult leaders thousands of years ago claiming a god spoke to them have more validity than cult leaders doing the same today?
He does, you just have to know how to listen.
Because there is no god. People 2000 years ago heard him because they were tripping out on mushrooms or unpastuerized cheese. Or they had brain lesions from STDs.
They stopped using the original recipe for their secret holy beverage.
if GOD truly exists,he cannot be physical since he himself created the physical world(the universe) and so It is impossible to perceive him with our physical senses...this is the reason why psychedelics are necessary...
God speaks to us thru the Holy Bible!
God never speaks directly to all mankind,
but always through His Divine Messengers,
such as Moses, Christ, Muhammad. His Message,
through His Messengers, recorded in the Holy Books
remain as the most authentic commands. All oher
books about God are only imaginations.
With the Bab and Baha'u'llah, it is the first time that
the Messengers of God directly reveal the Teachings
of God with Their own pens. So, there cannot be confusion
between the most powerful Words of God and
the common utterances of human beings.
Holy Books, such as the Quran, the Bayan, the
Kitab-i-Aqdas,,, are the pure Words of God.
God speaks directly...we have selective hearing...so my advice is open your ears and prepare to hear some bad news
I think it may be because god is not around any more. The god or gods may come back one day but I don't think that they are actual gods. I spell god with a small g for good reason.
I think the creator (whoever that is) speaks in other ways.....not using a voice
Drugs are now illegal
People now explain things with science, God's great unmaker.
Who ever said he spoke directly to anyone? Bit difficult if you don't exist. So only Schizoids heard it, right?
Coz we are being punished for someone's else action ??
Wish he did also...I would have lots of questions and then maybe he would answer them for me finally :)
We don't speak his language
We don't eat so many psychedelic mushrooms now
