    Simple because a human life is short.
    And since in this modern day and age most people live for themselves. Since this is wat we have been tought. So anything and everything one does applys to his life alone. And then time is of the essance. So we feel like we need to hurry because we will be dead soon.

    We are programed by everything being fast, fast food, one hour dryclean, drive thru prescriptions, instant texting, drive thru banking, on line everything, instant loans, dentures while you wait, everything has become so convient, and we don't know how to slow down. We forget to take time to smell the roses.
