    In some countries they live on less than £1 a day. Oxfam ( a charity) are looking for people to sign up to do this themselves for 5 days. That's 5 days of living on just £1 a day.

    because it is a lot easier to carry round than 10kg of potatoes or Honda back axle or whatever you produce this week! this is painfully obvious to anybody with half a brain. necessary evil? painful necessity? grow up people!

    we have plenty of goods, there is no need to possess any of them as our own. that would be a start
