this is a temporary situation that might be going on ,maybe some sort of dissagreement or difference of oponion ,at this time .the good news is that you both seem to have the ability to come clean ,to face each other and not take everything too seriously ,so a good dream really ,showing that even though there might be disagreements you can laugh about it and continue to go about your buisiness .
shows a good relationship with a good sense of humor and leaving it all behind you in the past where it belongs :}

I agree with pj333

why? - your unconscious mind knows things that you, your conscious mind, does not. it communicates these pictures through a variety of methods, dreaming not the least of it.

your beloved often represents your anima/animus your -inner- (fe)male - you seem to have a good relationship with them, or perhaps your relation ship with that inner character needs greater depth - you tell me.
