The Verbal Selections ... "Does Not Work!" for Me. I struggle to form (My Words!) before I can actually speak it out clearly. If I respond quickly I slur something else. So the response from the Automation is: "Sorry! We did not get That!", "Sorry! We did not hear you!", "Sorry! We did not understand that last request!" Then it's over and over and over and I never get anywhere now. I could easily before push my Touch Tone Button to go where I want to go, but the Verbal Crap ?! And changing things like this (Eeeerrrr!) ... (I do not do well with our World in its Bias Stereotyping Changes it is doing On Us! We are not all the Same and have disabilities.)
