I don't consider it any weirder than anything else -- and I agree, they do feel good on, they encourage proper circulation, etc. Although I would hope men would shave their legs before donning them... :/

I used to wear them regularly.
In winter, working outside as a builders labourer, they are really good insulation.
I didn't like the feeling of restricted movement, so much, but the warmth was appreciated.

Feel good?? I must admit, I like how they look on women (myself included) but I HATE how they feel... to each their own I guess. I think the reason men with stockings are sometimes seen as controversial is because the media portrays almost any man-clothes as appropriate for women too, but females have female-only clothes. I think that's stupid, but it's how things seem to work...

Lots of weird things already become normal: men wear ear rings, long curling hair, colorful lipsticks; women wear shorts, conducting spaceships, governing countries....

society made up rules. now we obey or face disgrace.

@ pukirahe: you can't put in same place men with lipsticks and women governing. it's not a good comparison in any way.
