depends on your body type. For me gaining weight is nearly impossible. However it is mainly ba<x>sed around your caloric intake. If you want to lose weight eat below your daily calorie allowance ( specific to you and your body type ) if you want to gain, eat above. As we grow older our metabolic rate slows down so you have to make adjustments .
Because we can't stop eating
It isn't easier. Sit there and do nothing. There you go, you're losing weight. You have to get up to go eat, or at least move your hand and neck muscles. That takes effort. If it seems hard to lose weight then you are a food addict.
