It depends on who's law your dealing with. Because your not dealing with the same Law sources in your two examples.

A fetus is not considered a life if you abort it. Which is why it's legal. Pro-Life considers it a life though. They're not part of the government, just an activist group.<br />

And still-born babies ARE dead. I don't know why they wouldn't be buried. That's completely stupid.

WHAT?! That's incredibly stupid. They should still be buried...why wouldn't they. Then again, with the logic in my previous answer, since it's not considered a life, the point of burial is moot.
