Lets see, add exercise and I mean that in a nice way. Life's gym, walk when you can, carry food shopping home, (heavy you see). I pace whilst waiting for the bus, am a foot tapper, ie sitting down tap my foot. Go up and down stairs instead of the lift. Just when and where ever you are be a bit more active.
