if they want to shave there down stairs and underarms i am fine with that so they dont smell nasty and see those nasty hair chunks from the deodorant but anywhere eles i have a real issue with.

It's a cultural thing. In some religions it is a must not be done thing. In most Western societies, many jobs require the employees to have shaved beards.... it really depends.
