    Because they don't carry tow-trucks with them, I suppose.

    Forget where I saw it on TV, but I liked the character who got her own clamp, would park illegally, clamp her own car and then leave it, secure that the police wouldn't do anything because they'd assume it was clamped by another policeman.

    There were signs around Portland where I used to live that said, "Any car illegally parked will immobilized."

    I saw a guy with a bumper sticker that said, "Any device put around my tire will be boltcuterized."

    Ooh! i like that chipmunkernie........at an old workplace(forkliftin) a buddy of mine used to put his fav fork in the repair site.....note attached "hydraulic line leakin" just so it'd be there when he came back from break..........i was on to him so i took his fork & drove all over spreadin fluid everywhere!
