You can eat healthy for just as much or even cheaper than how much you are paying for junk food. You might have to put in a little more effort to get it/prepare it though. <br />
Fruits and veggies are pretty cheap, especially if you grow them yourself! Water is practically free.<br />
Now if you are trying to buy all that soy, whey, and vegan junk then yes it is going to be expensive. <br />
